If you wish to be a DDS customer, please fill all your details on this page, then click on "Register Me" button.; When you are approved as a registered customer, DDS will forward your login details. Then you can access your customized section of the web site and fill your service location details.(i.e. the details of the site where the service is required) by clicking the "Add Location" button. Alternatively, you may download the registration forms and print them out, you may fax them to DDS.
