Document Destruction Services is an Australian owned Sydney based company providing secure destruction and paper recycling services in all capital cities across Australia.

Since its inception Document Destruction Services has experienced significant growth as a result of its fresh and professional approach to the provision of services. Document Destruction Services operates on 5 key business principles:

  • Security of documentation is paramount when transporting, shredding and processing paper,
  • Scheduling and provision of services is flexible and on time first time and everytime,
  • Use of purpose built security vehicles, premises and management systems,
  • Accessible and professional management team, and
  • Cost effective services.


With conventional document disposal methods your private documents are not secure at any time from the point they are placed in the waste or recycling bin through to their arrival at the disposal centre. At anytime in this process the documents are at risk of being accessed by unauthorised people as the bins are not locked, paper is carried in non-secure vehicles and is often not destroyed for sometime.

DDS can provide you with peace of mind by providing you with a document destruction program tailored specifically to your business' needs. We offer you one or a combination of the following services:

  • Secure paper collection and destruction on a scheduled, occasional or one off frequency
  • Secure collection and destruction of other types of media including tapes, CD's and floppy disks on a scheduled, ad hoc or one off frequency
  • A non security paper collection and recycling service for general paper waste and cardboard
  • A combination of all these services


We can provide you with a Certificate of Destruction after each service if required.




Our security trucks and security-cleared staff collect your documentation from the locked security bins that we provide to you. The documents are then transported to our secure premises for destruction. Our premises are fitted with state of the art access control and security surveillance equipment ensuring only authorised personnel can access the premises. Once at our premises, the entire process of destruction is recorded on our security CCTV system. Once the documents are destroyed the paper is recycled and used in the production of paper products by a variety of local and national companies. Not only are you ensuring maximum security you are also contributing to a better environment.
